My races and workouts were suffering from forcing myself to use traditional sugary sports nutrition products that my stomach couldn’t tolerate. I needed an alternative and found one with UCAN! I first used UCAN before a 20k race where I ran a two minute personal best. I had steady energy the entire way and felt great. I have since incorporated UCAN into my every day training. After a long day at work I can have a serving of UCAN and have the energy to get my workout done. I also have gained more confidence in my ability to absorb the benefits from training by recovering with UCAN + Protein.
