The UCAN Peanut Butter Energy Bar is my new go to pre-run snack! It tastes like a chocolate peanut butter cup and gives me sustained energy during long runs. I ate one 30 minutes before CIM and felt full and energized until mile 13 when I took in more nutrition. My stomach has never felt better during a race and I’ve continued using UCAN for my training and races!
