UCAN has been a game changer for me. Since moving up to the longer distances I knew I needed to introduce nutrition into my training. I originally tried other products but they gave me stomach issues and didn’t do a good job of maintaining my energy levels throughout my long runs. Since trying UCAN all that has changed. It gives me steady energy without the need to refuel as often, while being easier on my stomach. UCAN has become more than just a pre-run fuel. I’ll also use it before lifting sessions, take it following workouts to aide in recovery, and use it as a snack to curb my appetite. It’s become a huge part of my training that I won’t do without.
