Danny Vega grew up in Miami, FL and has always been interested in nutrition and fitness. He received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in 2004, where he was a member of the football team and a three-time Dean’s List recipient. After college, he earned a Master’s of Science in Human Performance from the University of Florida, where he worked with the national championship men’s basketball team, along with the women’s basketball, tennis, and golf programs. In 2016, he discovered the ketogenic lifestyle and hasn’t looked back. He hosts the Fat Fueled Family podcast discussing topics related to ketogenic performance.
