From my very first long run workout, I discovered that I needed a long-lasting fuel that was easy on my stomach to stave off the bonk. For six weeks I tried different products and with each one, I either had GI distress or was still depleted of energy by the end. Then a teammate recommended trying UCAN. From the very first time I used it I was hooked. No GI distress and no bonking, period. It was easy to consume with my more sensitive stomach and UCAN kept me feeling strong for the entire duration of these two-hour workouts. It is without a doubt the single most important nutritional supplement that I have used over the past five years in my running career and will fuel me through the 2020 Olympic Trials Marathon.
