When I was evaluating nutrition and fueling strategies for my first marathon (February 2019), I had some friends suggest that I consider UCAN. I used the UCAN Performance Energy Powder throughout my marathon and I was very glad that I did. I didn’t feel any spike and/or crash, but instead, I felt a steadier level of energy throughout and I also didn’t experience any GI distress at all. As I prepare to compete at the Olympic Trials in the Marathon and other races in the future. I will continue to appreciate what the product stands for, accomplishes, and provides along with the inspirational story behind its development. UCAN is an amazing product and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
