2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials Qualifier, Personal Trainer, Former D1 Soccer Player
Jessica is a native of Tuscon, Arizona. She is a 2012 graduate from the University of Arizona where she played Division 1 soccer. After graduating, she wanted to stay active and competitive, so she joined a local running group. In 2015 she ran her first marathon and fell in love with the distance and training process. Since then, she has gone from a 3:26:41 marathoner to a recent 2:43:12 finish at the 2019 Chicago Marathon, qualifying her for the 2020 U.S. Olympic marathon trials.
I have been using UCAN consistently since February 2019, at first mainly before my harder runs and could definitely feel how I had sustained energy the whole time. Now on days when I know I’m going to have a late lunch or a busy schedule, I pack a shaker bottle with UCAN and drink that while training my clients(I am personal trainer). At the 2019 Chicago Marathon, I used two scoops of the orange-flavored UCAN Performance Energy and sipped on that until 30 mins before the race started. I never once hit a wall or had a bad patch during the race. I honestly have never felt so good during a race before!
