Hydrating is key during a marathon and just drinking water during marathon training isn’t enough. The electrolytes in UCAN Hydrate have made it easy and tasty for me to replace not only salts but other essential electrolytes lost while running. Plus, that symptom of dehydration called “tempo tummy” I get after hard workouts is now completely gone! I also, really enjoy UCAN Performance + Protein packs, which are an easy and portable way to fill in the nutrition gaps during a busy day.
