I use UCAN with my pre-workout stimulant before my weight training sessions. These sessions last anywhere from 90mins to 2hrs and my only fuel is UCAN and caffeine, which allows me to benefit from using good, clean carbs while staying in fat burning mode. When I’m on a diet cut, I use SuperStarch as my primary carbohydrate as my daily carb intake decreases from 400g down to around 100g. Doing this allows me to get the energy benefit of a carbohydrate without wasting my calories on a food that will spike my blood sugar. Using UCAN supports my metabolism as I aim to burn more fat during the cut to get me the ‘shredded’ look I am aiming for.
