I have this funny internal struggle with UCAN. I promote it a lot because of how great it is but at the same time, I want it to just be my little secret weapon that my competitors don’t know about! UCAN allows me to push hard at the end of big long workouts without me having to worry about “bonking”. In my first marathon using UCAN I screwed up during the race and dropped all the bottles that I had set out at the elite fluid stations, but because I fueled with UCAN before the start I was still able to maintain an even pace the entire time and run 2:20 for an eight-minute PR. The long-lasting energy than 1 serving of UCAN provides is amazing and unmatched from any other product I’ve tried.
