Rachel Gregory, MS, CNS, CSCS is author of the best-selling 21 Day Ketogenic Diet Weight Loss Challenge and has always had a passion for performance-based nutrition. She received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami. Rachel is a former Collegiate Triathlete with a background in Functional Strength Training and CrossFit.
