When the mileage adds up, UCAN is my go-to! The SuperStarch allows for a steady, slow-release energy that’s vital for all aspects of my training. Fueling with UCAN pre-run gives me the confidence to know that my energy won’t be lacking. Recovery is just as important (if not more) than the tough workouts. Having UCAN right after my workout is an important part of my training regimen and has a huge impact on how well I can recover. The UCAN bars get me through the day and are easy, efficient energy on the go!
