Former Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at West Point, Co-Founder of Allegiate Gym
Tim Caron’s extensive collegiate strength and conditioning background spans over a decade. His first strength and conditioning internship at Harvard crystallized his desire to work professionally as a strength and conditioning coach. Tim became the Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach at USC for 4 years, where he was responsible for the football team’s nutrition, programming, movement, and return-to-play programs. Tim finished his collegiate strength and conditioning career as the Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach at West Point, where his masterful approach to power, speed, conditioning, nutrition, and mentality with his athletes helped lead the Army football team to their first victory over Navy in 15 years. In January 2017, Tim opened Allegiate Gym as a Co-Founder with colleagues he met as athletes during his time at USC. He has a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning and one in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention.
