HOW TO USE UCAN.

You take care of the run. We’ll take care of your nutrition.
It’s that simple.

PRE RUN

Treat UCAN like your pre-workout snack. Try one serving 30-45 minutes before your workout for steady energy and enhanced fat burn throughout. In general, one serving of UCAN should sustain you for 90 minutes to 2 hours without needing to re-fuel. For longer or more intense runs, experiment with 2 servings of UCAN pre-workout for additional energy.

DURING RUN

For workouts under 2 hours, hydrate with water and sugar-free electrolytes as needed. Most people will not need to consume additional calories. For runs longer than 2 hours, consume a serving of UCAN every 90 minutes.
