How to Use

  • Pre-workout:  Mix 1 serving with 6-8 oz water and shake vigorously, or add to food and stir until smooth. Consume 30-45 minutes before your workout. One serving delivers 60-90 minutes of sustained energy. For longer or more intense workouts, fuel with multiple servings of UCAN for extended energy.
  • Mixing tips: Add the desired amount of water to shaker bottle before adding UCAN powder. Add powder to water and shake vigorously. For a smoother consistency, let chill for a few hours or up to 48 hours. Shake again immediately before consuming.
  • Post-workout: Mix 1 serving UCAN with 1 serving protein powder, add 12-16 oz water or unsweetened milk and shake vigorously. Consume immediately after your workout for sustained energy, muscle recovery, and to curb post-workout cravings caused by low blood sugar. Blend with fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats to make a meal replacement shake.

    I am an avid marathoner and use UCAN when I have a workout or a longer run or long days at work. I honestly like all the flavors. My favorites are the chocolate or the cinnamon mixed, especially mixed into almond milk!

    Been using the UCAN Performance for nearly a year now. Best supplemental product, period! Great energy for long periods of exercise. Since using, I have not had issues with bonking on long bike rides or runs. Post workout I often mix the Workout Energy with a protein shake. Helps with fueling if you have a second workout later that day, and also reduces my hunger so I don’t just crush junk food to fill the void! I also use religiously when lifting, and have found my strength efforts near the end of lifting sessions simply don’t fade.
    I am living and training in a hot and humid climate (South Carolina) and the UCAN Hydrate, used between meals and workouts, has helped me fight off my dehydration deficit, and has aided me with my cramping issues…..nothing like trying to swim with a vicious hamstring cramp.
    An interesting by-product of all of this has been that I have increased my attention and focus to my training prep. You really do play like you practice, and preparation is key. Fueling is a huge part of the prep!
