Vanilla Cinnamon Cravings Crusher

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Energy Powder 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground ginger

Blueberry Blast Shake

  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberry flavored yogurt
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Energy Powder 
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • A handful of fresh spinach

Strawberry Energy Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Energy Powder 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
