      Yes! Our Berry Hydrate electrolyte replacements has no sugar and zero calories so it’s a good way to get electrolytes/sodium without raising your blood sugar and insulin.

      In terms of our Energy products – UCAN SuperStarch is a unique complex carbohydrate that exerts a very low glycemic response, which results in a muted insulin response. It’s the low-insulin nature of this carbohydrate that draws ketogenic/low carb athletes to use it during exercise. One of the main factors for staying in ketosis is keeping insulin levels low: overwhelmingly, ketogenic/low carb individuals report that SuperStarch does not interrupt their ketosis.
